how i can complain on person that always kills me without any reason or explain?
frame\chat screen not work here cuz this no bad language or sayings at all

If it is PVP zone you can`t complain, its game mechanics. But if its non-pvp zone you can put screen when that happens. If I remember correctly Losttower, Atlans, Tarcans, Icarus, maybe Aida was only non-pvp. But don`t take my word for that. Look around forum somewhere admin wrote witch maps are none pvp and killing in there is not allowed.
And make friends so this special someone don`t bully you so much.
